Ingredients:

  • 100 g spreadable cheese
  • 50 g spinach
  • 50 g avocado
  • 400 g zucchini
  • 100 g smoked bacon

Tip!
Swap ingredients to your taste. You can use salmon, arugula, cucumber, carrot, mayonnaise, etc.

Preparation:

  1. Slice the zucchini into thin strips (I used a peeler) and pat each one dry with a paper towel.
  2. Lay the zucchini strips crosswise on plastic wrap, creating a solid rectangular base without gaps.
  3. Layer the bacon, spread the cheese, and add spinach and chopped avocado.
  4. Roll tightly and slice into desired pieces.
