Ingredients
- 30 g (2 tbsp) Coconut butter
- 100 g (6–7 tbsp, depending on size) Raspberries
- 50 g (4 tbsp) Sunflower seeds
- 50 g (4 tbsp) Unsweetened coconut flakes
- 50 g (4 tbsp) Pumpkin seeds
- 100 g (6–7 tbsp, depending on size) Dried plums
- 2 Eggs
- 50 g (5 tbsp) Whole grain oats (omit if you want fewer carbs)
- 5 g (1 tbsp) Cocoa powder (100%)
- Sweetener (stevia, erythritol) to taste (1–2 tbsp erythritol or a few drops of stevia)
Tip!
You can substitute coconut butter with regular butter.
Feel free to add any seeds you have or use nuts.
If you skip the egg, you can freeze the balls instead of baking them.
Preparation: Melt the butter, mix all the ingredients, form the balls, and bake them in the oven.
